I've spent my career at startups, building products, shipping software, and more recently leading the engineers who do the same. Here are the projects I'm most proud of, from what I'm building now to the teams and products that got me here.

  • Rinkflow

    An AI-powered practice planning app for hockey coaches. Generates complete, age-appropriate practice plans in under 60 seconds. Built from firsthand experience coaching my son's hockey team.

    A boutique software studio building focused products using AI-augmented development workflows. Rinkflow is the first product, with more to come.

  • Cross-Platform Consumer App

    Engineering Manager for a React Native application serving hundreds of thousands of users across iOS, Android, and web. The product is deployed across the majority of US states, with complex regulatory requirements that demand per-state adaptations, bringing white-label-level complexity to a consumer-scale platform. Leading two engineering teams and ten senior engineers across multiple product lines.

  • HR SaaS Platform, Growth to Exit

    Full-stack developer at a SaaS company through its growth phase and eventual acquisition. Built product used by companies running OKRs, performance reviews, and continuous feedback. Experience shipping subscription software at scale, from feature development through to a successful exit.

  • White-Label Bitcoin Exchanges

    Built the entire frontend for a platform that powered white-label bitcoin exchanges, back in 2013, well before crypto went mainstream. Elixir on the backend, which was equally ahead of its time. My first role owning a full product surface end-to-end.
